This Mediterranean Revival building was a pioneering Design / Build project constructed on the Dixie Highway Corridor. MCI was responsible for the site plan approval process, landscape design, building design, permitting, F.D.O.T. approvals, engineering design approvals, and construction of this 10,000 SF project. The project was nominated for a Build Florida Award.

Fidelity Federal - Admiral Crossing Branch
This building blends styles of French Country, Mediterranean and Art-Deco features, completing an eclectic design for a 5,500 SF Branch Bank building located in Jupiter, Florida. This project was a recipient of the AGC Build Florida Award.
Fidelity Federal - Fox Property Branch
This building blends styles of Cracker, Mediterranean and Art-Deco features, completing an eclectic design for a 5,500 SF branch bank building located in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. This project was a recipient of the AGC Build Florida Award.

Corporate Cafeteria Complex
In 2007, MCI embarked on converting a 6,500 SF commercial office space into an upscale, state-of-the-art dining facility for more than 600, and was able to complete the project for 12% less than the original budget estimate. This project will be submitted in consideration for the 2008 AGC Build Florida Award.
Renovation
Sun Fitness Gym
MCI converted an existing 9,000 SF restaurant to a new gym & fitness facility. Located on the ground floor of a commercial office building in Downtown West Palm Beach, and adjacent to the Main Lobby, limited parking and an expedited construction schedule all provided for logistical challenges. This project was a recipient of the AGC Build Florida Award.
