Fidelity Federal - Fox Property Branch

This building blends styles of Cracker, Mediterranean and Art-Deco features, completing an eclectic design for a 5,500 SF branch bank building located in Royal Palm Beach, Florida.

The roofing material was a high-rib standing seam metal panel system. The drive-thru area and western entry employed curved metal roofing material that had to be fabricated on site. Arches were utilized in the windows and covered entry, while pyramid vaulted ceilings define the seated lobby. A barrel vaulted ceiling frames the common lobby and teller areas. Modern pendant-style light fixtures hang from the vaulted ceilings, accenting an art-deco style check writing station.

It was the first of many buildings to be constructed on the Fox Property Development. The building took less time to construct than it did to secure all of the permits required.

AGCThis project was the recipient of the 2000 Build Florida Award presented by The Associated General Contractors of America.
