This project primarily consisted of a 20,000 SF commercial interior build-out of corporate office spaces for a biotech manufacturing company whose business had to maintain operations 24/7 throughout the project.
This project was competitively bid. Marion Construction was the lowest responsive bidder and completed the project on time and within budget, while keeping the Owner in operations without down-time. The Owners were so pleased with our performance that they negotiated the next two projects with Marion Construction without bidding to other contractors.
We are fortunate to have loyal clientele such as "3i". We recently completed a Cafeteria Complex for this same Owner.
This project will be submitted in consideration for the 2008 Build Florida Award presented by the Associated General Contractors of America.
