This project was unique in that Marion Construction combined two condominium apartments into one, resulting in a 5,000 SF penthouse incorporating the entire floor, including the elevator lobby, in its design.
A French motif was the inspiration for this apartment. Some unique elements were the use of a hidden "safe room", Trompe L’oeil wall paintings, gold-plated plumbing fixtures, an entertainment center with hinged sections for storage behind, and a bedroom console complete with an Auton automated television lift.
The project was nominated for a Build Florida Award, presented by the Associated General Contractors of America.
