Marion Construction was privileged to have worked on this historical 1927 Cottage. The project was challenging in that during this "reclamation/restoration", the goal was to maintain the majority of the original architectural elements while bringing all structural, mechanical, and functional systems compliant with current building codes.
To witness the rejuvenation of this old jewel and the implementation of modern-day materials, methods and technology was truly amazing.
This project was a recipient of the Build Florida Award presented by The Associated General Contractors of America.
