This project primarily consisted of a 20,000 SF commercial interior build-out of corporate office spaces for a "biotech manufacturing company" whose business had to maintain operations 24/7 throughout the project.This project will be submitted for consideration for the 2008 AGC Build Florida Award.

Manufacturing/R&D for PSR
MCI constructed a manufacturing area within the "3i" campus that provides dental implants for "Patient Specific" requirements, whereby patients require dental applications away from the normally mass-produced implants. This project will be submitted for consideration for the 2008 AGC Build Florida Award.

Manufacturing plant for SGD Company
In 2002, Marion Construction completed construction of this 50,000 SF manufacturing facility located in Mangonia Park, Florida. We were instrumental in assisting with the design and construction phases of this project. The scope of work included a showroom, shipping and receiving area with a loading dock and ramp, manufacturing floor plan, electrical step-down stations, computer integrated and automated manufacturing and assembly equipment, specialized compressors and integrated piping.

While still employed at Burkhardt Construction, Greg Marion assumed the position of Project Manager / Superintendent during the construction of this highly specialized, computerized, interactive fountain and plaza in Downtown West Palm Beach, the focal point of the 1994 "Centennial Celebration" in West Palm Beach.

Marion Construction performed as a subcontractor to Burkhardt Construction on this project in Hollywood Beach. Several miles of a "frangible" seat wall were constructed in 5 ft. segments, separating the beach from a boardwalk and many businesses lining the beachfront. We are hoping to be nominated for a 2008 AGC Specialty Award.
